Why I made it
I will say it plainly: society is short of touch. We live beside one another rather than together — and touch is the oldest language we have. I made SENSUAL as an invitation back to it. How I use it+
Warmed in the palms, slowly, without hurry — massage is time, not a task. On large areas: back, shoulders, legs. It works just as well alone — an evening massage of your own shoulders or feet is a way back to yourself that needs nobody else. A practical note from my own evenings: the oil is slippery and a natural extract can stain — I protect light bedding in advance.

What happens in the body+
The skin carries an endocannabinoid system — receptors in skin cells and nerve endings. During massage the cannabinoids work locally in the skin and the muscles beneath it; only a minimum passes through into the bloodstream, so the effect is in the touch and the release rather than in the head. What changes perception with SENSUAL is the massage itself — and that is the intention.
