What I know about you, why I know it and what I do with it — without legal fog.
1. Who processes your data
CBDICAL spol. s r.o., Dolný Val 123/52, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia, company ID 55 527 248, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, section Sro, insert no. 82395/L. For anything concerning personal data write to cbdicaleurope@gmail.com. No data protection officer is appointed — the law does not require one at the scale of my processing.
2. What data and why
- Order — name, delivery address, e-mail, phone, order contents. Legal basis: performance of a contract — without these I cannot deliver.
- Invoice and accounting — billing details. Legal basis: legal obligation (accounting and tax law).
- Partner form and withdrawal from contract — e-mail, name, message. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and my legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Advisory tool, cart, PIN sections — nothing is sent to a server; the data stays in your browser only (see point 7).
3. Who receives your data
Only those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled: Packeta (delivery — name, address, phone, e-mail), the bank (bank transfer — details on the statement), the accountant (invoices) and Cloudflare (website hosting; data processed in the EU, transfers covered by EU standard contractual clauses). Nobody else, never for marketing.
4. For how long
Accounting documents for 10 years (by law). Order data for the warranty and complaint period. Form messages until the matter is settled, at most 12 months.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest — all at cbdicaleurope@gmail.com, answered within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
6. What I do not do
No profiling, no cross-site tracking, no marketing without explicit consent, no selling of data. The site is for persons over 18; I do not knowingly process children's data.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies — no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The only things your browser stores are the contents of your cart and the unlocking of internal sections by PIN; that stays exclusively on your device, is never sent anywhere and is technically necessary for the site to work. That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, you will read it here first.
